Our 90-Day Guarantee Every Slanket that leaves our warehouse is inspected before it ships. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange it.
Return & Exchange Conditions To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered — free of stains, animal hair, and odors — and returned in their original packaging. Items not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: items purchased from third-party retailers, clearance items, and any custom or special orders. If you purchased your Slanket from a retailer other than theslanket.com please contact that retailer directly for their return policy.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return policies are subject to change.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Go to your account — click the profile icon in the navigation or visit the Returns link in the footer
- Enter your email address and click Continue
- Check your email for a six-digit verification code and enter it on the site
- Find the order you want to return and click Request Return
- Select the items you want to return, choose a return reason, and add any notes
- Submit your request — if approved you'll receive a return shipping label by email
- Ship the item back and your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect it
Please allow up to three weeks for processing. Once we issue your refund, your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post it to your account.
