Do I have to register to purchase?
You do have to register to make a purchase. Registering
has its benefits. If you are a first time shopper with SlanketLoungin LLC, you will be able to
create an account during check out, which will enable you to track the status of your orders,
view order history and make future checkouts easier. By registering, you are creating an account
that only you may access by using your email address and a password that you have created. If you
signed up on our email list, this does not mean you are registered.

How do I register?
Click on the "My Account" link and follow the instructions. Or, as your are completing the checkout
process when you purchase items, you have the option to create an account which will enable you to
track the status of your orders, view order history and make future checkouts easier.

What if I forget my password?
If you forgot your password, click on the "My Account" link and at the login prompt click the "Forgot your password?" and it will take you to the Forgotten Password. Just simply fill out the form and your password will be sent to the e-mail address provided.

How do I change my password?
Click "My Account". Once you sign-in to your account, you may change your password by
clicking on "Change my account password" link. Enter your old password, new password & verify
new password. Click on "Submit". Your new password will now be saved to your profile.

How do I sign up for the email list?
You can sign up to receive emails from SlanketLoungin LLC. to find out about sales, special
offers, new arrivals and other information. On the news page or contact us page, enter your e-mail address in
the box next to "Be the first to hear The Slanket News". Click "Submit" and you will then be added to our database.

How do I shop online?
You can view the items by clicking in "shop slanket" then further by choosing which category
you want to see. You may also click on any product under the "View Product" heading on most of the pages within the website. These links will take you directly to the details of the product. Simply add the items to your cart and continue shopping or click the checkout button
when you are ready. The checkout process has four (4) parts: Shipping Info, Billing Info, Review
Order and Confirmation. Enter all necessary information so we can process your order. Enter your
billing address and shipping address, if they are not the same. All orders shipping to an address
other than the billing address may require additional documents and may be delayed for verification.
We will call the customer and the credit card company to verify the address. To avoid any delays,
please ship to the billing address if possible. Select the appropriate shipping method then the
payment method. Review your order and if you have any coupon codes, you enter them in the discount
code box before checking out. Click the "Place my order" button to confirm your order. Your order number
will be shown on the screen of your computer. Please make sure you print this page or make a note
of your order number for your records.

Item Availability
We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of the items listed on our site. If a color or size is unavailable it will usually say "sold out" or may not appear on the site at all. Feel free to send us an email at sales@theslanket.com in order to find out how long it may be before the color you want is back in stock. Under certain circumstances you may be able to order and we may actually be sold out. If this happens we will contact you for a different color or figure out what we can do to accommodate your order.

How do I use my coupon code?
When you get to Step 2 - Payment Information page of the checkout process, enter your coupon code in the Redemption
Code box and once you get to Step 3 you will see the discount has been applied to your merchandise total. Only
one coupon code can be redeemed per order.

How do I remove an item from my cart?
When viewing your "shopping cart", you will see a check box under the heading "Remove" and "update cart" button next to each item. Click
the checkbox next to the item you want to remove and click the "update cart". You will see your cart displayed again, without that
item. Make sure to review your shopping cart before confirming your order.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. A shipping
confirmation e-mail with the tracking number information will be sent once your order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for any packages once they have left our facility and any claims for missing
packages must be filed with the shipping carrier.
You may also check the status of your order at anytime by clicking the "Order Tracking" link.
Once you sign in to your account using your email address and password, your order history will be listed. This page will show you the
order numbers, order dates & status. For more details click the "View" button.

How can I modify or cancel my order?
We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. If for some reason you need to modify or
cancel your order after you have sent it, please contact us immediately and we will try our best
to help you. Send us an email at customerservice@theslanket.com. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed & packaged for shipment, we are
unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

What is a backordered item?
A backordered item is an item that is not in stock upon placement of your order. It means that
we re-ordered the item and are just waiting for its arrival. If an item is on backorder and for sale we will place that info in the description of the product as well as on the shopping page. We will do everything we can to make it clear to the customer that the item is on backorder and when we expect it to be shipped. We will
advise you via e-mail once the item arrives or if the item will be no longer available.

Will you call me to verify my order?
SlanketLoungin LLC will e-mail you to confirm that we have received your order and that it
is being processed. If during the processing of your order, we find something suspicious or
out of ordinary, we will call you to verify your information. Identity theft and credit card
fraud are both rampant on the internet. SlanketLougnin LLC. takes these issues very seriously
for the security and protection of our clients. Please be advised that this may delay the
processing and shipment of your order.

What form of payments do you accept?
SlanketLoungin LLC. accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express credit cards and debit
cards. We can accept money orders for Mail in orders but it will take longer to process.

Do you accept credit cards issued outside of USA?
Due to rampant credit card fraud transactions on the internet, we require additional identity
verification for all orders using a card issued outside of United States:
Shipping and Billing address have to match to place an international order. If they don't we will need to verify the information before processing the order.
For U.S. orders, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within
the United States in order to make a purchase. The issuing bank must also be based in the United States.

Do you charge sales tax?
By law, we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses where SlanketLoungin LLC.
has a physical presence. SlanketLoungin LLC. is located in Maine. Therefore, sales tax is
applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Maine. The rate of sales tax for
Maine residents is 5%. Orders shipped outside of Maine are not charged any sales tax. (0%)

SHIPPING
When is my order processed?
Orders placed Monday-Thursday will ship the following day, however it could take up to 48 hours at times. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will ship on the following Monday. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. During the Holiday Season it could take a bit longer than these normal times to get your order out.
SlanketLoungin LLC. will do everything we can to contact you via email if any shipment delays, if the product you
ordered is not currently in stock, sold out or if we need additional identification for
credit verification. If you don't hear from us please email us to inquire. We do try to inform everyone of anything abnormal, but sometimes due to busy times we may miss an order or two.

Will my order ship all at once or in multiple shipments?
We will ship the entire order together. We try to keep a full stocked inventory so there is never a delay in shipping because of out of stock items.
If you have more than one order placed with us, each order is subject to its own shipping cost
as quoted upon checkout. We cannot combine orders placed on our website. Every order is treated separately.

How do you ship my order (U.S. and Canada) / PO Boxes?
We use USPS and UPS for shipping. U.S. orders are shipped via UPS except for Hawaii and Alaska. Canadian orders will ship USPS. Although we offer a variety of shipping options,
we reserve the right to ship via any of the three carriers. We are unable to deliver any overnight
or express shipping to APO/FPO addresses and to P.O. Boxes. If your order includes a PO Box the shipping method will be changed to USPS and any expedited methods selected for UPS will not be used. If you have a rural address that contains a PO Box and Street Address please only include one or the other.

Explanation of Est. Delivery Dates
These estimated delivery dates are estimates based on UPS normal transit times. UPS transit times are based on Business days which does not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. They are calculated based on the ship date, which in most cases is the day after an order is placed. The exception is when an order is placed between Fri-Sun it will ship on Monday.
An example:
You place an order on a Wednesday evening and select 2 Day shipping. Your order will be shipped on Thursday and in the hands of UPS Thursday evening. Your order will be delivered 2 Business Days from when the package is received by UPS which would be Monday since Saturday and Sunday are not counted.
The Est Delivery Dates should be close to accurate on most days. It will be the days that involve the weekends that may make it a bit confusing. If you have any questions on Est Delivery Date feel free to email us: sales at theslanket.com.

Yes! You can shop online and have us ship your order to your country if it is in the list.
We accept orders from the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britian, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Singapore, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, United States, Virgin Islands (British), Virgin Islands (U.S.). If you are in a country not listed here please send us an email and we will see if we can add it.
At the time of delivery you will also have to pay any local duties and taxes on your purchase (please contact your local government for these rates as they vary from country to country).

Can I have a gift message put into the package?
Yes! During checkout you will see a box to enter in comments, messages etc. What ever you type into that box will get printed on the packaging slip that is put into the package. So if a gift message is wanted just type it into this box and it will be put on the packaging slip for the person to read.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return/exchange policy?
Something did not work for you? Let us help you find something that will work for you and exchange for a different size or color before you decide to return it!
All products that leave our facility are carefully inspected & strictly checked for defects and damages prior to shipment to ensure you receive high quality merchandise. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason and need to return or exchange a purchase, please read our return/exchange policies below.
- Exchanges or returns are accepted only on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED AND WITHOUT ANY STAINS, ANIMAL HAIR, ETC. in their original packaging and with ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, 30 days from the date of purchase.
- In order to ensure the return, please ship it back with a tracking number and email the tracking number along with why you are returning to returns@theslanket.com
- Sale items, items purchased from a retailer, clearance items, special orders, custom and seasonal items can not be exchanged nor returned & are all final sales. All sale items are Final sales.
- Slankets purchased from another Retailer other than our website are not eligible to be returned to us for a refund or exchange.
- Returned packages must be shipped back to us Prepaid. We do not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.And all returns are charged a $5 restocking fee. Excahnges are only charged the shipping cost to reship the new item.
SlanketLoungin LLC. reserves the right to deny any credit or exchange, if, upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet our companyŐs return policies. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaserŐs cost.
Please allow up to three weeks for processing. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return/exchange?
- E-mail us at returns at theslanket dot com to receive an RA number
- Include your name, item(s) you want to exchange (or return), and original order number in the RA request. If it was a gift include the full name of the gift giver.
- If your item is eligible for an exchange, we will email you an RA number that MUST be written on the exchange form.
- Upon receipt, inspection & approval of your returned merchandise, we will process your exchange. If you are returning an item we will credit back your account. If you are exchanging we mail your exchange and charge your original payment method the new shipping cost.
- All refunds will be made in the method of original payment. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if applicable, will be refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable.
- For your protection, we recommend that you mail the return package to us via a traceable service (i.e., UPS or FedEx) & insure the package in the event of loss or damage. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping & handling costs associated with returning merchandise. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted. SlanketLoungin LLC. is not responsible for returned packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Please allow 1 billing cycle from the time returned package is received by SlanketLoungin LLC. for it to show on your card. We will do our best to process your refund within 1-2 weeks of receipt of returned merchandise. However, please note that your banking institution may take up to another 2 weeks to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from SlanketLoungin LLC, Inc. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you received a gift purchased from SlanketLoungin LLC. and would like to exchange it for another size or color, please send an e-mail to customerservice@theslanket.com along with the purchaserŐs name and we will be happy to process your exchange. Please read our return/exchange policy above. All rules apply.
Gifts may be exchanged for an item of the same value or of greater value provided you pay any cost difference as well as any additional shipping, handling charges and taxes. Any refunds will only be given to the purchaser as long as the product is able to be returned based on the policy above.
