You can order directly on our website at theslanket.com — just add your item to cart and check out. If you need help, email us at customerservice@theslanket.com and we'll sort it out.
If a color shows as sold out we are likely restocking it. Email us at customerservice@theslanket.com to ask about restock timing on a specific color and we'll give you an honest answer.
Enter your code in the coupon box at checkout before completing your order. Only one code can be used per order.
Email us at customerservice@theslanket.com as quickly as possible. Once an order has been packaged for shipment we can't make changes — it will need to go through the returns process instead. We ship fast, so the sooner you reach us the better.
A backordered item is sold but not yet in stock — we've reordered it and are waiting for it to arrive. We flag this clearly on the product page. We'll email you with an update once it ships or if anything changes.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves us. You can also track at any time on our order tracking page. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
Yes. All transactions on theslanket.com are encrypted using SSL technology — the same standard used by banks. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, and debit cards. All major methods are supported at checkout.
Yes, with one requirement — the billing address on the card must match the shipping address for international card orders. If they don't match we may need to verify before processing, which can cause a short delay.
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to Maine, where The Slanket is based. Maine's rate is 5%. Orders shipping outside Maine are not charged sales tax.
Shipping
Orders placed before 12pm MST Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends ship the next business day. During peak holiday periods it may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.
Shipping within the USA starts at $7.99. Orders over $85 ship free within the USA. International shipping starts at around $35–$40 for a single Slanket depending on destination — exact costs are calculated at checkout.
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Select your country at checkout to see options and costs. Please note that local duties and taxes may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. For a full list of international options visit our international page.
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. If your address includes both a PO Box and a street address please use the street address only at checkout.
Yes — we ship each order complete in a single shipment. If you place multiple separate orders each is shipped and charged individually.
Gift services
We don't offer gift wrapping at this time — but the Slanket packaging is clean and presentable on its own.
Yes. Email us your message at customerservice@theslanket.com with your order number and we'll include it with your shipment.
Never. We don't include pricing information on the packing slip inside any order — it's gift-safe by default.
Yes — Slanket gift cards are available on our website in various amounts.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all Slankets purchased directly from theslanket.com. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with original packaging. Items purchased from third-party retailers cannot be returned to us. Sale and clearance items are final sale.
Click the account icon in the store menu or visit the Returns section and log in with your email. Select your order, choose the items you want to return, select a reason, and submit. If approved you'll receive a return shipping label by email. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the item — please allow up to two weeks.
Once we receive your return we aim to process refunds within 1–2 weeks. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to post it to your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Yes. Email customerservice@theslanket.com with the name of the person who purchased it and we'll help you exchange for a different color or size. The same return condition rules apply. Any price difference is charged to you plus any additional shipping.

Washing

Cold water, gentle cycle, mild detergent. Dry on low heat. Wash your Slanket by itself — don't put it in with a full load. That's all it needs.
